Overholding Leases Component

Overholding Leases is one of the Key Metric Dashboard Components in the system.
It shows the number of Leases in the system that have a status of "Overholding".
The information is shown both numerically and graphically as a percentage of total Active plus Overholding leases in the system.

Dashboard Access

Overholding Leases is available on the MDI Dashboard - Standard Dashboard.

Overholding Leases is available on the Dedicated Dashboard - Standard Dashboard.

The above Panel shows both numerically and graphically as a percentage of total Active plus Overholding leases in the system.

How Do I : Refresh the Overholding Leases Display

The values shown in this display are automatically updated each time the Component is loaded.
To update the Component with changes that may have occurred in other parts of the system click the Application tool-bar push button: Refresh Component.

How Do I : Set the Lower Warning Limit

Change the Lower Warning Limit value after accessing the Application tool-bar push button: Maintain Component.
